Cameron Sykes

Cameron Sykes is a native Austinite who began his real estate career in 2014, while working for the commercial real estate firm, Retail Solutions. At Retail Solutions, Cameron focused primarily on landlord and tenant representation across the Austin MSA, and successfully leased over 25,000 sf of commercial retail space. During his first 45 days as a licensed salesperson, he also represented a developer for the purchase of a commercial lot and assisted in pre-leasing a recently completed 9,300 sf retail strip center.

Since his time spent in commercial real estate, Cameron has moved to a position at a local bank, American Bank of Commerce (ABC). He started at ABC Bank as a teller and has successfully worked his way to his current position as a commercial lender, where he spends time negotiating loans for various real estate investment properties. As a commercial loan officer beginning in October of 2018, he has negotiated and closed over $33 Million in real estate loans.

Cameron relies on his extensive knowledge of real estate and his time spent as both a licensed realtor and a commercial lender, to help clients on a variety of real estate transactions.
