My husband and I recently sold a rental property in Austin through Cheryl, and we were pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received from her. We have used discount (flat fee) brokers in the past several times, and they always made it clear up front that they only provided the listing on MLS and (in some cases) advice on offers, but everything else was up to us to manage. Cheryl provided what we would consider full-service brokerage assistance at a small fraction of the price.
