When you’re ready to sell, we offer a discount real estate plan with our flat fee. We were one of the first to pioneer and offer a flat fee multiple listing service in the industry.
Selling Your Home
Our brokers and associates will help you sell your home and save you thousands of dollars. Through the selling process, we'll ensure your contract and inspection negotiations and you will receive plenty of internet exposure across the web. We'll also provide a comparative market analysis so that you determine the best price for your home, ensuring it will sell at a fair price to you and your buyer.
We have two options for listing your home. Option#1 is the favorite Flat Fee or Option #2 with no upfront fee and 1% paid from closing proceeds.
Instead of the usual 6-7% commission that most realtors ask for, you'll pay thousands less with Crawford Realty, Inc. with one of our two options.
Our Listing Options:
Option #1: Flat Fee (our most popular option)
- Your house is listed on the MLS for a Flat Fee of $55o. paid up front and $15oo paid when your house sells (from closing proceeds). If your home is over a million, the fee at closing is $2,500.
- We provide full representation (contract and inspection negotiations), MLS (Multiple Listing Service) listing, market analysis to help with correctly pricing your property, supra lockbox and a realtor sign.
Option #2 - 1%
Your house is listed on the MLS, zero upfront fee and 1% is paid at closing from your proceeds. The same services are provided for the 1% as the flat fee.
