Through the selling process, we’ll ensure your contract negotiation is up to the appropriate standards, and you will receive plenty of internet exposure across the web. We’ll list your home for a flat fee of $550, and once your home closes and you receive your funds, we’ll charge a second flat fee of $1,500. If you choose not to go with our flat fee MLS, you’ll still receive discounted real estate services when you work with us. Instead of the usual 6-7% commission that most realtors ask for, you’ll pay only a 1% commission with Crawford Realty.

While we will help you sell your home and increase your home’s visibility on the internet, we’ll allow you to sell the home through your own efforts as well. In either case, we’ll take away the stress of figuring out all the ins and outs of selling your home, so you can focus on transitioning to your new home.
